Upside me or develop me?

That's right a bit of upside has been left for our relocating vendor. This is a charming Richmond villa with a generous north aspect, a private garden with the potential to re-develop (subject to consent), and three bedrooms are obvious. The living and dining are to the north which spills onto the deck.

Much can be said but better to be seen a paint and paper special or the potential of subdivision, either way, our vendor has made it very obtainable.
