Built circa 1910 this building is in need of a major reconstruction.

The West elevation veneer has severely deteriorated which has allowed water to enter the wall cavities.

The building is being sold 'as is where is' with no vendor warranties and would be more suitable for a builder or contractor where they may consider repairing or demolishing and with the South City location it may make it an ideal site for one or more townhouses (subject to ICC approval).
