Located in rural Central Southland, we have this bare 1.1ha (approx.) block of flat land on State Highway 6 with access and tele communications at the boundary.

There had previously been a house on the section. Due Diligence through the Southland District will need to be completed regarding a resource consent to erect a new building. This land may be useful for those in the agriculture sector.
