Gus Johnston

Gus is the founding member of Southland Real Estate, having opened the doors at 171 Dee Street in 1993 before expanding to incorporate 169 Dee Street.

Gus has managed the sales team since the beginning and prides himself on having a down-to-earth approach both in business and life. He has now handed over the management reigns, but continues to focus his attention on selling residential, lifestyle, and rural properties. His farming background ensures he has his finger on the pulse of all markets.

In between helping his buyers and sellers, you can find Gus playing the keyboard in a cover band with his brother, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
