Paris Smith

With a zest for life, passion for the real estate industry, and love for Southland and it’s people, Paris is one real estate agent you’ll want to have in your corner.
Paris hit the ground running in sales in 2022 with the support of the Southland Real Estate team backed by over three decades in the market after starting her career in property management in 2021. Her dedication and ambition saw her receive the inaugural Neil van Schaik Future Leader in Real Estate Scholarship, and she has worked hard to embody the values that accolade brings.
When Paris isn’t working alongside Karyn Dunlevey under the Dunlevey and Smith brand for their team, she’s playing an active role in her community. In her spare time, Paris is a Kapa Haka tutor at Waverley Park Primary School and a member of the Invercargill City Youth Council, the Invercargill City Council Community Wellbeing Fund, and Invercargill Young Professionals.
Paris brings fresh enthusiasm to the real estate industry and loves nothing more than showing her clients that real estate is not just a transaction; it’s a memory in the making. She can’t wait to have the privilege of helping you put that ‘sold’ sign up and passing over keys to your new home.
